This course is based on The Five Behaviors® model, a globally recognized team framework inspired by Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Each session dives into one of the five essential behaviors of high-performing teams:

  2. Conflict – Engaging in healthy debate for better decisions

  3. Commitment – Gaining alignment and follow-through

  4. Accountability – Holding each other to shared standards

  5. Results – Focusing on team success over individual gain
