Become the CEO of Your Own Position© is a two-session personal development workshop that helps individuals take ownership of their work and relationships—regardless of their title or position. Using the Emotional Intelligence 2.0® assessment as its foundation, this course builds critical self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and personal accountability to create more confident, competent contributors across your organization.
