EQ – A Key Leadership Tool© is a five-session workshop that equips leaders with the emotional intelligence (EQ) skills proven to elevate both personal impact and team success. Built around the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 framework, this program blends theory and application to help participants lead themselves and others with greater awareness, connection, and effectiveness.

Participants will explore and develop the four core EQ skills — self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management — and walk away with a personalized plan to lead with emotional clarity and confidence.
