Kerry founded LDA over 25 years ago with a mission to inspire growth and drive meaningful change in organizations. A master coach and seasoned facilitator, she has worked with leaders across three continents, helping them navigate transformation, build healthy teams, and lead with clarity.

Kerry also runs LDA’s sister company, Success Biz Coach, offering executive and business coaching for entrepreneurs and senior leaders.
